Jyoti Structures has informed that Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by Circulatory Resolution dated November 06, 2013 has allotted 9,300 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the company under Employees Stock Option Scheme. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 9,300 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the company has increased to Rs. 16,45,47,644 divided into 8,22,73,822 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.
