Further, as intimated by its letter dated March 25, 2026, the trading window in terms of Company's Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, would remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026.
