Indian Hotels Company has informed that, the 125th AGM of The Indian Hotels Company (‘Company’) will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:30 am (IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means. Further, as informed in letter dated May 11, 2026, the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ?3.25 per equity share of ?1 each. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be paid, subject to deduction of applicable tax at source, on and from Friday, July 3, 2026.
