Further, in continuation to earlier intimation regarding closure of trading window, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company, which has already been closed with effect from April 01, 2026, shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
