Hindalco Industries reports 51% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit

Hindalco Industries has reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 87.96% surge in its net profit at Rs 2,934 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1,561 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 36.27% at Rs 34,511 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 25,325 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 50.84% fall in its net profit at Rs 2,597 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 5,283 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the total income of the company has increased by 20.69% at Rs 79,158 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 65,590 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 57.82% rise in its net profit at Rs 10,080 crore as compared to Rs 6,387 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 20.15% at Rs 113,705 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 94,638 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 16.31% fall in its net profit at Rs 13,391 crore as compared to Rs 16,001 crore for the previous year. However, the total income of the company increased by 15.19% at Rs 277,833 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 241,204 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
