Further, referring to its communication dated March 27, 2026, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been kept closed from April 01, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of financial results.
