As per Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the ‘Code of Conduct’) framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities is already closed from 01.04.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending on 31.03.2026, for all connected persons / officers / designated employees / insiders, directors of the Company and immediate relatives of these persons, including but not limited to the persons specified in the Company's Code of Conduct.
