Further to its disclosure of 25th May, 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, informing the receipt by the Company of the Initial Public Announcement issued by Kreo Capital, manager to the offer, for and on behalf of Geetanjali Trading and Investments, a member of the promoter group of the Company (as defined under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 in accordance with Regulation 8 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021 (‘Initial Public Announcement’ or ‘IPA’), Hitech Corporation has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Initial Public Announcement dated May 25, 2026, received by the Company from Kreo Capital, Manager to the Offer, on behalf of Geetanjali Trading and Investments. The copy of the IPA is also being uploaded concurrently on the Company's website in compliance with the continuing listing regulations.
