Monte Carlo Fashions has made further investment to the extent of Rs 40 lakh in MCFL Energy Projects, Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company incorporated on January 19, 2026 and has allotted 4,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. Now, the total amount of investment made in MCFL Energy Projects is Rs 50 lakh.
The subsidiary has been incorporated to undertake solar power generation and related activities, including execution of solar PV based power projects pursuant to Letters of Award received from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam (MPUVNL) under the PM KUSUM-C Scheme.
Monte Carlo Fashions manufactures and distributes men’s and women’s apparel. The company manufactures shirts, t-shirts, and sportswear.
