Pursuant to Regulation 33 & 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule II of said Regulations, Nagreeka Exports has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 29th May, 2026 has based on the recommendations of Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee considered and approved Audited Financial Results of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standard (INDAS) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 along with Auditor's Report with unmodified opinion; Appointment of Ranu Dey Talukdar (Membership No. A24690) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 16, 2026, under Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and under Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 9(3) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
