Gujarat Energy (formerly known as Gujarat Gas) has reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26) and year ended March 31, 2026.
The company has reported over three-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 520.58 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 148.13 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company has decreased by 9.29% at Rs 6,136.13 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 6,764.46 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported over 11-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 351.24 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 31.24 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 9.19% at Rs 6,161.23 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 6,784.87 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 45.32% drop in its net profit at Rs 2,298.55 crore as compared to Rs 4,204.02 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company has decreased by 12.35% at Rs 24,818.89 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 28,317.09 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 50.93% drop in its net profit at Rs 2,018.91 crore as compared to Rs 4,114.62 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 13.50% at Rs 24,972.21 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 28,869.54 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
