CA31018/4/2025-CA-PNG: 54830 dated 02.06.2026 has communicated that the Competent Authority has approved the extension of additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director, the company to Praveen M. Khanooja (DIN :09746472), Additional Secretary, MoPNG for a period of three months with effect from 01.06.2026 or till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
