Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Bajel Projects has informed that the Company has been awarded a Mega* EPC Orders of EHV Substation, as mentioned in their respective PO/LOA, as per details given in Annexure A. None of the promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order/contract. Further, the order/contract would not fall within the purview of related party transaction.
