Vardhman Textiles has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2013.
The company has reported 154.19% rise in its net profit at Rs 177.81 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 69.95 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 26.48% at Rs 1290.02 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1019.90 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2012.
Vardhman Textiles is one of the pioneers in textile industry with operations in the segments of yarn, sewing thread, steel, and fabric. The company exports its products to more than 25 countries and has a strong presence in markets like the EEC, USA, Canada, China, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Brazil and Mauritius, Middle East.
