Magellanic Cloud has informed that Ravi Janarthanan (DIN: 02368598), Additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from June 03, 2026 due to personal reasons and other pre-occupations. The Board of Directors and the Management place on record their sincere appreciation for the valuable guidance, contribution, and support extended by Ravi Janarthanan during his association with the Company and wish him success in his future endeavours. In compliance with the above-mentioned regulations and Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, the requisite details are provided in Annexure.
