Patanjali Foods has informed that this is with reference to email dated June 04, 2026 in regard to announcement submitted by Patanjali Foods (the Company) dated June 02, 2026. The show cause notice (SCN) issued by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner (S.I.B./Enforcement), State Tax Department, Uttarakhand, Roshanabad, Haridwar, was received by email on Saturday, May 30, 2026 after close of office hours. The following day (May 31, 2026) was Sunday, and on Monday (June 01, 2026), the concerned officer who had received the SCN was on leave. Consequently, the notices came to attention of the concerned department only on the next day. Accordingly, the Company submitted the requisite disclosure to the Stock Exchanges on Tuesday, June 02, 2026.
