Dhampur Bio Organics has signed a Joint Venture (JV) Agreement with Orgonew for development, manufacture, marketing, distribution, and commercialisation of phyto bio-active based functional food products and other products meant for human consumption and/or usage, through a JV Company.
Pursuant to the JV Agreement, the company will hold 74% and Orgonew will hold 26% of the equity share capital of the JV Company.
Dhampur Bio Organics is primary engaged in the manufacturing of sugar, chemicals, ethanol, co-generation of power and other allied products at its three manufacturing units located at Asmoli, District Sambhal, Mansurpur, District Muzaffarnagar and Meerganj, District Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh.
