Aarti Industries has informed that, the Company on June 5, 2026, has allotted 53,563 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up under the Aarti Industries Performance Stock Option Plan 2022 (PSOP 2022). The said Equity Shares shall rank in all respect with the existing Equity Shares of the Company. Post this allotment, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 1,81,29,72,455/- (divided in to 36,25,94,491 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 1,81,32,40,270/- (divided in to 36,26,48,054 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each).
