Appointment of Prabhat Bhamini (Membership No. A69664) as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 05th June 2026 pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. 2. Shifting of registered office of the Company from 1st Floor, H.No.8-2-684/3/25 & 26 Road No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, 500034 to ‘Midwest Energy, Floor 19, Prestige Skytech, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad- 500032’. The Board meeting was commenced at 03:45 pm and concluded at 04:30 pm. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular bearing reference no.
