H.G. Infra Engineering has informed that the Company, has transferred 49% of its stake held in H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam OD-5 Private Limited, a Wholly owned Subsidiary (SPV) of the Company to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund (Acquirer). The transfer of remaining 51% stake will be done in accordance with the terms and conditions of transaction documents. Pursuant to the said transfer of stake, the aforesaid entity ceases to be Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. However, it continues to be a subsidiary of the Company. The details required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, are enclosed.
