RDB Infrastructure And Power has submitted the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 04th June, 2026, together with the Explanatory Statement thereto, seeking approval of the Members of the Company for the business set out therein, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs from time to time. The Company has engaged NSDL for facilitating remote e-voting to enable the Members to cast their votes electronically on the resolution proposed in the Postal Ballot Notice. The Postal Ballot Notice along with the e-voting instructions is being sent only through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Niche Technologies (RTA), and/or the Depositories as on Friday, 29th May, 2026, being the cut-off date for the purpose of dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice.
