Nicco Parks & Resorts has informed that the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 3, 2026 at 3:30 pm Indian Standard Time (IST), through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (“VC/OAVM”) facility in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Rules framed thereunder and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and read with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The Cut-Off date for the purpose of E-Voting will be June 26, 2026. Those shareholders holding shares either in dematerialized form or in physical form, as on the close of business hours on June 26, 2026 will be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting as well as voting at the AGM.
