Shalimar Wires Industries has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 29th May, 2026 have decided to hold the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company on Tuesday, the 30th June, 2026 at 11:00 am through video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM). In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed 23rd June, 2026 as the cut-off date to determine members who shall be entitled to cast their vote by electronic means, on the businesses to be transacted at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The remote e-voting period for the AGM shall commence on Friday, the 26th June, 2026 at 9:00 am and ends on Monday, the 29th June, 2026 at 5:00 pm. The Company would be availing e-Voting services of National Securities Depository (NSDL).
