Sadbhav Engineering has received an approval from NHAI for the foreclosure/termination of the Concession Agreement dated May 25, 2012 signed between SBTPL (Step-down subsidiary of the Company) and NHAI under clause 37.2.2 of the Concession Agreement without any claims/damages or debarring the Concessionaire for future NHAI projects.
