Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (Listing Regulations), Sky Gold and Diamonds has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., on Tuesday, 9th June 2026 has considered and approved the appointment of Akash Talesara as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from 9th June 2026, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee of the Company. The details in this regard, as required under the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30,2026 are enclosed as Annexure I.
