Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bombay Potteries & Tiles has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on June 9, 2026, has approved the appointment of JPKD & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. W100950 ), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Agarwal Iyer and Associates, Chartered Accountants, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, if applicable. The details as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure A. The above has been duly approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting, which commenced at 11:30 am and concluded at 12.20 pm.
