During his tenure as Non-Executive Director on the Board, the Company has immensely benefited from his thorough knowledge, rich experience as a Board member unexpected demise of Hariprasad Siotia will be an irreparable loss to the Company. All the Directors and employees express their deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family. Further, it is hereby informed that Shri. Hariprasad Siotia would cease to be a Promoter / Promoter Group of the Company in accordance with the Regulation 31A (6) (c) of the Listing Regulations. The disclosure, as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India Circular bearing reference number SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure-A.
