Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the LODR, Adani Energy Solutions has informed that Adani Energy Solutions has on 9th June 2026 at 12.34 PM, signed the securities purchase and subscription agreement (SPSA) with National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), Energy Efficiency Services Limited and Intellismart Infrastructure Private Limited for (Intellismart) acquiring 100% of the equity share capital of Intellismart and redemption of the optionally convertible debentures of Intellismart held by NIIF (Transaction). The consummation of the Transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent, including obtaining an anti-trust approval from the Competition Commission of India. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed.
