H.G. Infra Engineering divests 51% stake in H.G. Khammam Devarapalle PKG-1

H.G. Infra Engineering has transferred remaining 51% of its stake held in H.G. Khammam Devarapalle PKG-1, a subsidiary (SPV) of the company to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund (NIIOF). Pursuant to the said transfer of stake, the aforesaid entity ceases to be subsidiary of the company.

Earlier, the company had transferred 49% of its stake held in H.G. Khammam Devarapalle PKG-1 to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund. The above transfers are part of the Securities Purchase Agreement (SPA) executed on January 15, 2026, between H.G. Infra Engineering and NIIOF for the sale of the company's entire 100% shareholding in H.G. Khammam Devarapalle PKG-1 to NIIOF.  

H.G. Infra Engineering is an infrastructure construction, development and management company with extensive experience in its focus area of road projects, including highways, bridges and flyovers.
