Kallam Textiles has informed that the Third Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (‘CoC’) of the company (‘Corporate Debtor’) was successfully convened on Friday,5th June 2026 at 11:35 am hours and concluded at 01:20 pm hours and the minutes of the same is circulated via email on 09th June 2026. A6 – To take note of the committee of creditors constituted by the IRP, Item no. A7 – Disclosure of Fair value in terms of IBBI ? IRPCP Reg 36 (2) (ka), Item no. A8 ? To take a note of status of valuers appointed by the RP, Item no. A10 – CIRP timelines, Item no. A11 ? To discuss the timelines for submission of EoI / Resolution Plans, Item no. A12 – EoI submitted and Item no. A13 – Publication of Form G– Prospective Resolution Applicants.
