GeeCee Ventures has made an investment of Rs 0.99 crore in Juniper Hotels (JHL) by acquiring 50,000 Equity Shares through open market purchase resulting in total investment in Juniper Hotels (JHL) of Rs 2.16 crore thereby exceeding the threshold specified in Regulation 30(4)(i)(c) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company as part of its investment activity has invested in JHL. This investment is a miniscule part of the investment portfolio of the company.
