Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services has completed the acquisition of hospital asset at Sector 40, Gurugram, from RNY Healthcare Services.
The transaction formalities pertaining to the Hospital asset acquisition have been duly completed on June 12, 2026. The aforesaid Hospital asset has been registered and transferred in the name of AKS Medical & Research Centre, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the total consideration of Rs 100 crore has been duly paid.
