Kokuyo Camlin has informed that the Company had issued an offer of appointment to Soni for the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, which was duly accepted by Soni. Based on such acceptance, the Company initiated the necessary on boarding and appointment formalities. However, before joining the Company and assuming charge of the position, Soni has communicated his decision to withdraw and decline the employment offer due to personal reasons. Accordingly, the proposed appointment shall not take effect. The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the position and will inform the Stock Exchanges of the appointment in due course.
