Hampton Sky Realty has informed that Benu Sehgal (DIN: 03556496), Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, has tendered her resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from June 15, 2026, vide her resignation letter dated June 15, 2026. Benu Sehgal has informed the Company that, owing to increased family responsibilities arising from the recent birth of her granddaughter and the professional commitments of her daughter, she is required to devote greater time and attention to her family obligations. Consequently, after due consideration, she has decided to step down from her position as an Independent Director of the Company. Accordingly, her resignation as an Independent Director and from all other positions held by her in the Company has been taken on record with effect from June 15, 2026. The details as required in compliance with Regulation 30 as read with Clause 7 and 7B of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read along with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as ‘Annexure?A’.
