S. NO. 347, Ambapwadi Phata, Off. NH-4, Vadgaon, Tal:-Hatkanangale, and Dist:-Kolhapur- 416112. Pursuant to the provisions of regulations 30 and 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 they are submitting the details of voting results in the prescribed format, for the business transacted and approved by the members at the Adjourned Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company. CS Sachin Gajanan Bidkar, Company Secretary, Kolhapur were appointed as Scrutinizer to scrutinize the voting through electronic means (i.e. remote e-voting) and physical voting at the Extra-Ordinary Meeting in a fair and transparent manner. They are also enclosing the consolidated report of the Scrutinizer for the resolutions passed through remote E-voting and physical voting at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting.
