Pursuant to the Regulations 29 and 50 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Satin Creditcare Network has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, to consider the proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures for an amount up to INR 5,000 Crore in one or more tranches through private placement basis, subject to applicable laws and necessary approval from shareholders and any statutory authorities as may be required/applicable.
