DOMS Industries’ promoter -- FILA - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis Ed Affini SPA has pared stake through an open market transaction worth around Rs 934.74 crore. The FILA - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis Ed Affini SPA has offloaded 42.48 lakh equity shares, representing around 7% of total shareholding, of the company. FILA offloaded 23.40 lakh shares at Rs 2,200.55 apiece and 19.08 lakh share at Rs 2,200.07 apiece.

Meanwhile, SBI Mutual Fund bought around 9.32 lakh shares of the company for around Rs 205.22 crore. Further, AXIS Mutual Fund bought around 3.61 lakh shares of the company for around Rs 79.56 crore.
