The Company has made all necessary disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and there is no material information or event that, is undisclosed and which if disclosed, in opinion, would have a bearing on the price/volume behavior in the Equity scrip of the Company.
