SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, Desco Infratech has informed that with reference to the Company's earlier disclosure dated 18th May, 2026 intimating that Desco Infratech was declared as the L1 Bidder for the tender issued by Sabarmati Gas (A Joint Venture of GSPC & BPCL), the Company has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Sabarmati Gas Ltd (A Joint Venture of GSPC & BPCL) for execution of the said work to amounting to Rs.150,640,474 (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Million Six Hundred Forty Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Four).
