In continuation to earlier communication dated May 06, 2026 (Board approval) regarding the change of name of the Company from ‘Cyber Media (India) Limited’ to ‘Cybermedia Network Limited’, Cyber Media India has informed that the Board of Directors through Circular Resolution dated June 19, 2026, has decided to postpone this initiative to future date as the merger of Cyber Media Research & Services (Transferor Company) and Cyber Media (India) (Transferee Company) is currently under process. Further emphasized that the Company remains committed to this strategic decision, and the name change proposal will be reconsidered at more appropriate time in alignment with the completion of the merger process as aforesaid.
