Hisar Metal Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st July, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The date of declaration of financial results will be intimated separately in due course of time. Designated Persons and/or their immediate relatives/dependents and directors shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
