Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of the disclosures submitted on June 5, 2026 and June 11, 2026 regarding the acquisition of equity shares of Updater Services (‘UDS’), SIS has informed that the Company has acquired an additional 1,78,000 equity shares of UDS. Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition, the aggregate shareholding of the Company in UDS stands at 30,99,000 equity shares, representing 4.63 % of the paid-up equity share capital of UDS. The acquisition of shares forms part of the Company's ongoing treasury management operations. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure-A.
