With reference to circular/clarification no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and circular/clarification no. NSE/CML/2019/11 both dated 02nd April, 2019 issued by BSE and National Stock Exchange of India, respectively, regarding ‘Clarification regarding trading restriction period’, Ddev Plastiks has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, adopted by the Board, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons and immediate relatives of designated persons with effect from 01st July, 2026 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter and three months ending on 30th June, 2026. The date of Board Meeting to be held for considering and approving the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 shall be intimated in due course. Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons and immediate relatives of designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the said Trading Window Closure period.
