Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘Listing Regulations’), Century Enka has informed that the company has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (‘PPA’) with ABREL Century Energy (‘ABRELCEL’), a Special Purpose Vehicle (‘SPV’), for setting up a 9.9 MW wind-solar hybrid power plant for procurement of power under the captive consumption mechanism. In accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with the Electricity Rules, 2005, the Company is required to hold a minimum of twenty-six percent (26%) of the equity share capital of the power producer to qualify as a captive user of the power generated by such power producer. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. HO/ 49/ 14/ 14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/ I/ 3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure-A.
