In accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Industrial And Prudential Investment Company has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for ‘Designated Persons and their immediate relatives’ with effect from 1st July 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the said financial results will be intimated in due course.
