The Trading Window will be closed with effect from Wednesday, July 01, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Trading Restriction Period”), and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter to be ended on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. In view of the above, all Directors/Employees/Connected/Designated Persons or any person who is in possession of unpublished price sensitive information including their Immediate Relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the said Trading Restriction Period. Furthermore, please note that the intimation of meeting of the Board of Directors for approving the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the 1st Quarter to be ended on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 will be communicated in due course.
