Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’) and the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, Everest Organics has informed that, Shweta Singh, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company with effect from June 22, 2026, citing personal reasons and better career prospects. The resignation letter (email) of Ms. Shweta Singh has been received by the Company on June 21, 2026 and the same shall be placed before the upcoming Board Meeting for formal acceptance and taking note thereof, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI LODR Regulations. The details as required under SEBI Circular are enclosed. The Company will make necessary arrangements for appointment of a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in accordance with the applicable provisions of law and will intimate the stock exchange(s) accordingly and till such time the Managing Director of the Company will be designated as Compliance Officer of the Company.
