Pursuant to Regulation 7(2) read with Regulation 6(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Orient Press has informed that Varun Naveen Maheshwari, Promoter of the Company, who held 9,257 equity shares as on 31st March, 2026, has further acquired 3,337 equity shares on 16th June, 2026 and 6,001 equity shares on 17th June, 2026. The intimation of these acquisitions was received by the company on 191h June, 2026. consequent to the above transactions, Varun Naveen Maheshwari's total holding stands at 18,595 equity shares, representing 0.18595% of the equity share capital of the Company.
