No.: A47360) as Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance officer (CO) and designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in accordance with Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Details with respect to Change in Key Managerial Personnel (Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer) as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated July 11 2023 (updated on January 30, 2026) are given in the enclosed Annexure I.
