Vibhor Steel Tubes has informed that as per the Company's minimum Standards Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulations) and pursuant to BSE Circular Ref No: LIST/COMP /01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and NSE Circular Ref No. NSE/CML/2019/11on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed on and from Wednesday, 1 st July, 2026 and will re-open after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 th June 2026 by the Board of Directors of the Company. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
